Here you’ll find the frequently updated FAQ regarding the tickets for lunatic festival 2022. If you have any questions that have not been answered yet, please let us know via E-Mail (info@lunatic-festival.de) or message us on Instagram. We’ll get back to you asap!
When will tickets be available again?
The next ticket drop will be on the 6th of February at 6pm.
What kind of tickets will be available?
– Combination Tickets („Kombi-Tickets“): Admission for all days of the festival, each with a different festival program
– Soli-Ticket-Shares („Soli-Anteil“): As described below, in addition to your own ticket, an infinite number of Soli-Ticket shares can be purchased, allowing people who can’t afford it to gain access to the festival.
– Solidarity Ticket („Soli-Ticket“): Once a Soli-Ticket has been funded, it can simply be selected in the ticket store.
You need personal assistance when visiting our festival? No problem. With a valid proof of disability („Schwerbehindertenausweis“) you can bring a person of your choice for free.
How can I pay?
Right now, you can only pay via bank transfer. We’re currently working on adding other options.
Why are the tickets more expensive than last year?
We want to pay all people involved – that means musicians, artists, initiatives, service providers – fairly. Especially during times like these, when many people in the cultural sector have suffered tremendously from the Corona pandemic, it is important to show solidarity. That’s what we want to do with our festival. In addition, the pandemic situation has also depleted the financial reserves of the lunatic festival, which is why we are unfortunately forced to increase ticket prices. We are aware that the new ticket price is not affordable for everyone – that’s why there will be the option Solidarity Tickets. You can find information on how exactly our Soli-Tickets work further down on this page.
I want to bring my child to lunatic!
Great! Children up until the age of 12 can visit the lunatic festival for free with an adult.
How many tickets can I buy?
You can buy 4 tickets at the same time.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days you can cancel the purchase of your ticket. In case of a corona-related cancellation, we will of course adjust the return conditions accordingly.
Are drinks included?
No, but you can buy food and drinks at our food court.
Solidarity Tickets
What are Soli-Tickets?
Soli-Tickets are festival admissions made possible by donations from visitors and are free of charge for the person attending the festival. Soli-Tickets enable inclusive participation of all people. By purchasing ticket shares, you support access to the festival for people who are not in the financial position to afford a ticket right now.
Who can get a Soli-Ticket?
Soli-Tickets are for people who cannot afford the ticket for financial reasons and depend on the solidarity of others.
How can I contribute to a Soli-Ticket?
In addition to your regular ticket purchase, you can also purchase shares for Soli-Tickets. This „Soli-Anteil“ costs 2€ each and you can book as many „Soli-Anteils“ as you like with your ticket. It doesn’t matter if you have 2€ or 20€ to spare – we would be extremely grateful if you bought a „Soli-Anteil“ and gave more people access to the lunatic festival.
How can I get a Soli-Ticket?
People who wish to purchase a Soli-Ticket can do so as soon as a Soli-Ticket has been covered by enough purchased „Soli Anteil“ and it is thereby activated in the ticket store.
Proof:
We do NOT want to see any evidence from you. No barrier to this offer requires honesty and integrity on the part of the visitor, so please be honest with yourself and us. We rely on ticket revenue money, but we also know that not all people, for a variety of reasons, can afford a ticket. We don’t care why you are interested in a Soli-Ticket, only that you really need it.
