FAQ

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Here you can find all the information about tickets for the lunatic Festival 2024. If your question is not listed in the FAQ, simply send us an email to ticketing@lunatic-festival.de or get in touch with us on Instagram. We will then take care of your request as quickly as possible.

We will give you further updates in the coming months until the luntatic Festival 2024. We hope you’re already as excited as we are![/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=“When will the lunatic Festival 2024 take place?“]The lunatic Festival 2024 will take place on Friday, May 31, 2024, until Saturday, June 01, 2024.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=“Where will the festival take place?“]On the campus of the Leuphana University of Lüneburg[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=“Information on the Code of Conduct & Awareness“]As usual, we are working with a comprehensive awareness concept and a code of conduct for lunatic 2024. This defines how we interact and communicate with each other during the festival. As an entire festival, we actively oppose all forms of discrimination, cissexism and racism and want to offer a space for open, respectful and mindful interaction with one another. We want all our visitors to feel comfortable. We see awareness structures in particular as an important aspect here. By this we mean a sensitive approach to individual boundaries and needs, as well as sensitivity and awareness of social problems and discrimination. We have a zero tolerance policy for all types of discrimination, assaults and border crossings (which each person defines for themselves). We reserve the right to exclude people from our event in the event of non-compliance and/or to draw other consequences.

As visitors, service providers and event organizers, we want to take responsibility together to create a low-discrimination, empowering space in which everyone can feel comfortable, support each other and show solidarity with each other.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=“Are Solidarity tickets available?“]We are aware that the ticket prices are not affordable for everyone, but we still want as many people as possible to take part in our festival. For those of you who cannot afford the full ticket price, there is the possibility of a solidarity discount. Simply send an email to ticketing@lunatic-festival.de (no proof is required – we trust that the good nature of others will not be exploited).

The availability of the discounts depends on the Soli contributions paid, which people can contribute voluntarily when buying tickets.

Contributions that have not been used at the end of the festival will be passed on to our long-time friends of Viva con Agua.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=“What are the ticket fees based on?“]As usual, there are unavoidable fees when tickets are sold online. We have again deliberately decided not to hide these in the ticket price without comment in order to be as open as possible with you and the use of your money.

There are therefore €0.95 and 5.5% added to the shopping cart. These amounts go to the sustainable ticketing of our friends at Höme, who use them to cover the costs of this barrier-free ticket system and all payment fees incurred. On the other hand, Höme has been committed to supporting the festival and cultural sector as well as a more sustainable and socially just society in various ways for many years. Through our collaboration, we (and you!) ensure that the ticket fees do not end up unused in the increasingly full pockets of the well-known ticket giants, but also actively contribute to positive change in terms of economic sustainability. If you would like to know more about this, you can find more information here: https://hoemepage.com/engagement/[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=“What about tickets for children?“]Children’s tickets will be available – more information will follow soon![/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row]
